At Toughees SA, we stand by the durability of our footwear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed for transit.

  Schedule a Collection

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a convenient time to collect the parcel from your doorstep.

  Quality Check and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange pair within 5 to 7 business days.
